Does anyone make a trailer with 37's?

It's not about clearance, it's about matching the wheels and tires for uniformity as well as matching the track of the truck so it tows well.

It seams that those attributes are not a priority for a lot of People here in the US which honestly I find very surprising.

I'll second that! I'm currently in the middle of doing just that. I'm matching my trailer track width, tire size and wheel bolt pattern with my truck and my buddies truck since he also pulls my trailer when we hunt. Unfortunately he has a late model Ford F250 Powerstroke which has a different bolt pattern (8 on 170mm) but my Silverado 2500 Duramax has the tried and true 8 on 6.5 which is also found on 12" electric trailer brakes (which I swapped to). So he can also use the extra trailer spares, I also picked up two Mayhem wheels with dual bolt patterns (8 on 6.5 and 8 on 170) with 265/75R17 E rated tires for use as spare tires. That way there are plenty of spares for either of us when Murphy strikes :)
