Dirt Sunrise: Tim and Kelsey get lost...

I've really enjoyed following your travels. Thanks for sharing with us. As you've noted, the Colombian people are great (as is all of South America) and its gonna be well worth the trouble and the extra added expenses. I can't wait to see more of your travels. Stay safe and thanks again.....

Wow, that was a tough day on the trail. Kelsey was awesome and kudos to her for keeping at it. It would have been a role reversal for sure on our end. I would be pulling cable and my wife would be driving. :ROFLMAO:
Sorry to hear/see the damage on Goose. I ripped the rear fender off on my (old) LX450 years ago when I got caught down in a river crossing.

Safe travels.

Great video and well done to you both for all the hard work. You mustn't get too upset about the damage to Goose. Just think about the situation you were in - slippery mud, drop offs, darkness, fatigue, constant winching to name a few - and thankfully neither of you got hurt. As my mate always says to me, "it's only metal", which is so true. Remember, Goose can be fixed easily, you can't!

Look forward to the next instalment, and take it easy.

You are truly a lucky man to have a wife like Kelsey. Nothing more attractive than a woman who is willing to jump in and get dirty to do what needs to be done.

Thanks Jack! I'm a lucky guy and I've made sure to have her drive any time we've done winching since. Haha!

I agree completely. She's the best teammate I could hope for!

Mustache is on point brother.
Thanks, it is currently making a comeback after a poor decision to kill it.

Thanks! Didn't know it was posted. Spent a few days off grid. Cheers!

This week I get to drive our new buddy's Porsche 911 around Guatemala City and head to a car show in Antigua before flying back to work Overland Expo East for a few weeks!

Time for El Salvador! We hated to leave Guatemala and our friends behind. It's pretty cool to enter a country not knowing a soul and leave with several good friends.
