CVT Denali on a JKU with Gobi Rack

I just placed my order for a CVT Denali RTT for my family of 4.

It's a huge tent and will pretty much consume the entire rack on my JKU. Anyone else run one of these on top of their Jeep? Any feedback or pictures?

I have a Gobi Rack and it says it will hold up to 800 pounds, so I think I am good with weight for now, but will likely move to a trailer in the future.

So, I haven't run that exactly, but I did for a while run 2x Tepui Ayer side by side.

The thing I noticed most was the air deflector on the Gobi sending the wind through between the tent bottoms and the roof. Think kettle drum.

When I went to 1 tent and moved it back a long way, it got virtually silent (and bug-free) as the air was sent up and over the tent.

You might want to mount it as far back as possible, and you might want to play with custom air deflectors a bit.
