Definitely an innovative camper but way overpriced. You can buy a very well kitted FWC or two AT Summits for that price.

I don't have any inside position in this sale. I am looking at flatbed FWC and I don't think the price is terrible.


Using the link above, the base price for a FWC is $27k-ish. That's before solar, batteries or heater. Without much effort, I am getting to $40k for a reasonably loaded camper.

Assuming this is new and unused, I think the key question is the build quality and whether you want a customer builder or a volume builder (dealers, warranty, service centers, etc).
Personally, I would buy used from a custom builder once the systems have been proven but I don't see a lot of advantages buying new. Clearly this guy is pitching on weight and looking for people that have smaller trucks.
