Custom Fender Flares

I posted this in the Earthroamer section, but will cross post here to get feedback from others that may be able help.

I'm upgrading the tires on my 2008 F550 with MPT 335/80R20 tires. I need to replace the existing fender flares. Does anyone have manufacturers they would recommend? I've contacted Bushwacker but they don't have anything in my size. Any others I should consider? Any custom solutions I should evaluate? Thanks.

I don't understand what the problem is with the bushwackers. They aren't wide enough? Is the stock F550 fender different than the F350?

According to Bushwacker they aren't wide enough for that size tire and offset.

Have you thought about fiberglass fenders?

Flexy Flares: I have no experience with them, but the idea seems sound. Considering them as my heat-gun re-profiled Bushwackers are beginning to crack. If anyone has tried/seen them feedback would be appreciated from my end at least.

Have you thought about fiberglass fenders?

That's the first thing I thought of too.
