CTEK 250S Poor solar performance

Victron SmartSolar series has dongle / BT built in now, say $20 more than the old BlueSolar line.

You can still buy both - with and without btooth. What's interesting is I find the dongle has better range...the internal solar btooth 2nd and the BMV 712 comes in third for range..

Many times when caravaning with my wife, (she's in the Jeep, I'm in the van), the Victron with dongle in the Jeep will show up before the Van's 712 will in the Victron app. The 712 in the Jeep rarely shows up in these conditions.
