I needed a truck rack outside of my cap. WASURF63 was kind enough to send me some photos of his setup. I made a 6 foot laser cut support to attach the Cross Tread XT model. 1/4 inch plate - very strong with the bend in it. 4 @ 3/8" holes and bolts and washers hold it on. I used a bit of unistrut to hold the cap on.
The plans for the 6 foot sections may be useful for others. I can't get photos to upload - so photobucket. I have more photos if anyone needs further detail.
