I have a few small tacky spots on the bottom near the zipper where it has not been in the sun. I need to get it out of the garage and let it bake for a while.

Um... Mostly. Better than before and I remain hopeful.

Not going to put the Permidri on the bottom as that could create quite the mess. This has kinda pushed me to replace the tent entirely. Evaluating options...

Mine is dry but I do not think I would put it in the inside at all. I still like it on the outside.

I'm thinking it will not be practical to coat the underside of the tent bottom. Would likely become a big ugly mess. Sent yet another email to Conqueror ZA to see if there is any opportunity to get a new cover.

After a couple months a three outings I'd have to say this didn't work out so well. It never truly dried and it's very sticky/messy when it's hot. Going to have to have a replacement custom made.

I'm thinking I may copy the Eze Awn ratchet strap instead of a zipper.

Will post up as I progress.
