I am selling my 2003 Chevy Express 1500 5.3 Liter V8, fully converted into an off-road capable overland camper last summer, 2017. This van is a ready-to-roll off-grid machine with solar power, running water, RV fridge, a full 8' of counter space and more!

It's currently located in Grants Pass, Oregon headed to Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, AZ May 18-20. Van can be delivered to Southern California after the event, or meet up with us at Overland Expo to pick it up at the biggest offroad/overland event of the year.

How long does a Chevy engine last?
It is a genuine question. I've always had Toyota, MB, and Nissan; never had any other make...

I'm assuming it's an LS engine, so pretty much bulletproof or it's $500 for a new 5.3. from he junkyard.
