Carbon + Aramid monocoque build process

Anyone here know how these monocoque Carbon + Aramid campers like the World Cruiser are built as far as panel composition and sub panel supports?

All these claims that you get as much as 35% weight savings (compared to traditional materials) while still having comparable structural support and long term durability only makes me want to see the construction process in detail.

Most of the better boat companies are using vacuum infused resin with their molds and some of the RVs are now starting to look at it also. They are able to control the amount of resin. The RV guys use a thin layer of glass on each side of a foam core and then infuse the core with a limited amount of resin. Here is a video from one of the boat companies that show a bit of how they do it.

Thanks Steve.

I was actually looking for an example that uses aramid or aluminum honeycomb core insulation.

For example, in the aerospace industry large full scale molds are typically required to build monocoque fuselages.

So I was curious to see if the builders offering Carbon Aramid construction like The World Cruiser(formpflug.de) and a couple Unimog specialists were using the Aerospace process or simply making partials that were later glue together.
