Car-type GPS and topo maps?

Is there a car-type GPS unit out there that will allow me to load the topo maps that I have for my Delorme PN-40 onto it? I'd like something for my Jeep with a larger screen, bigger the better, as my eyes aren't what they used to be. If not, are there any of these units that come preloaded with good topo maps, or that I can purchase good topo maps for? Something that will show the more primitive dirt roads and trails is what I need...something that can do all that the PN-40 can do but with a much larger screen!

I don't think you can load Delorme maps on a Garmin Nuvi though.

A laptop/netbook running the DeLorme Topo software, connected to the PN-40 for a GPS signal?
