Cappadocia Turkey

JED THE SPREAD

Last month I got to fly out and drop in on someone else's world travel trip. Canadian dream team Live.Travel.Play and I had an amazing time exploring an area of Turkey that I had personally wanted to visit for a long time. I made a 3 part film series about the trip out east and the third and final part has just gone live.
Feel free to check this later episode out and be sure to catch parts 1 and 2 if you missed those.

Great adventure and amazing video! To visit Cappadocia my old dream to. I just wondering if you know any good place to find a vehicle for rent to explore this area or maybe any good guide in Turkey.

Once all this Covid stuff ends, I am planning to go from Istanbul o Cappodocia and then to the coast to travel up from the south going north. We really enjoy
exploring, perhaps some historical sites but also just real life, including farms, wineries, etc. Last year before Covid mess started we were lucky to visit Japan (translated all documents through https://pickwriters.com/japanese-translation-services ) . We were doing some offroading though In Japan off road is not populair and can only be done in restricted areas.

We spent 10 weeks touring Turkey in a motorhome in 2013.
We made some friends in Cappadocia that we still stay in contact with.
There are few places in the world that we would return to instead of going somewhere new, but Turkey and Cappadocia in particular is definitely one of those places.
For independent travellers it offers a simply wonderful experience.
Cheers,

A 10 second video clip of a hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia.
Cappadocia is the hot air balloon capital of the world with over 200 balloons.
