Can I buy a new Honda Cross Cub 110 in Mexico and import it into Canada ?

Hi ...just curious if anyone knows anything about importing a new motorbike from Mexico into Canada ? Honda Canada does not sell the Honda Cross Cub 110 scooter ( newer version of the famous Honda c-90 type scooter that people have used as an adventure bike to tour countries on ) .......but Mexico does sell it ....so could I purchase a new one in Mexico and import into Canada ? ....anyone with any experience with doing this ?

I'm still trying to figure out how to legally get the Wave 100 into the USA.....

Last check it's under $1100 US for the 2015 model.
