Nice! Talk about an epic first hike! I bet he's hooked now. Excellent work exposing youngsters to the great outdoors
 
That last shot is awesome. Clone out the people by the lake and hang it on the wall :)

Growing up, that area was my dad's go to place for our longer trips. Fond memories of Rock Creek (pretty foggy after too many years though). Was just wearing my "Tom's Place" t-shirt this weekend

Wreckdiver, every shot I've seen of Montana it just looks like an amazing place

It really is. Well, the western half anyway. Eastern Montana is garbage.

There's an old bumper sticker you see around here all the time. It says, "When God made Montana, He was just showing off." Having lived here for 21 years and explored it for 16, I am 100% on board with that sentiment. The best part? All of those photos were taken within three hours drive of my driveway :D
