I did some research on these because I have been wanting the Earthcruiser GZL for a long time for a midsize and when I saw this I thought sweet someone is making that again! I noticed the pictures looked a lot like another one I saw and sure enough the pictures are the same. So it looks like they are made by Ecocampor in China ( go to the main page and you can see the factory pictures are the same background as Campluxe.

I also found Crystal Pilot which if you read their ordering process it was ridiculous... Like no guarantee you were going to get it without sending a bunch of money so I couldn't find any pics where someone had bought one from them.

Seems Campluxe is the first with pictures I could see where it actually was in the US. I am curious why the one on the Chevy Colorado was sooo much taller then the Tacoma but I am thinking its because the Colorado has an angled side in the bed so I am guess they had to raise the camper above that. But they look pretty cool, I really want to see more details on them and see upfront quality. I was thinking about one of these over the alucab but I lean back to the alucab canopy camper over it.
