Has anyone had any contact with Fernando lately? The site says that 2 of the 3 tent sizes are out of stock, and he is not responding to emails. I'm starting to wonder if I need to locate another tent source.

Fernando is a great guy and normally very responsive to phone calls or e mails.

I'd have to think something is going on if he's not getting back to you. I'd say give me another call.

I know Camping Lab is in the middle of moving their warehouse from FL to TX and that is causing some delays in stocking product. I also know Fernando has been keeping busy helping his wife with her new business, which from the sounds of it at Overland Expo has really taken off.

Hopefully thats all it is and you will be hearing from him soon.

I called them on Monday of this week and left two voice mails to call me back, I have not heard back from them yet. I broke one of the plastic clasps that hold the awning shut when on vacation last week and need to get a replacement.

I am hoping he has the RTTs before much into July. He told me @ a month ago when I called they should be in end of June/begining of July.

I emailed Fernando today about an awning. He responeded within two hours.
His service is outstanding in my book.

I talked to Fernando a couple weeks ago. I forgot to post it up. He won't have any RTTs until end of July/begining Aug. I had to order from TRDParts4U.

I had tried again and have been communicating with him pretty regularly. No campinglab tents but he has the serengeti tents.
