New to the forum and pretty new to exploring. Bought this so I could pull my toys behind and still go places others can't.
Many mods on the way including a winch.
AGM batteries added.
300 watts of solar in the garage waiting to be installed.
Rotopax fuel cans waiting to be installed.
And yes, the little tray on the back gets beat up on tight trails. I probably won't use it next time.523993523994523992524001

May I ask why you are thinking of selling?

There are multiple reasons why I may sell the camper and possibly the complete package.

  1. I lost my job at the railroad this month so I could use the money.
  2. I am not as adventurous as I thought I was. I've taken my family camping all over the western U.S. the past several years but I prefer day trips and staying at hotels.
  3. I may sell the fwc because it came loose on our trip to moab last week while on white rim trail. This is not the first time I've had this problem. If I sell the fwc I could use the truck to pull a camper but I have reservations about getting into that kind of "camping"...

In closing, I may sell the truck and camper together. The trucks suspension was configured for the added weight and it rides beautifully with it so I have reservations about separating the two.

This is the only vehicle I have ever felt a bond with, likely due to the memories it has given us and how it has never let us down. The 6 speed 7.3 is a workhorse. Very reliable.

Got a carpet kit dirt cheap as I knew I’d only use parts of it. Using just left bench and I turned the mid panel 90 and mounted it at the back so I can store all my camp boxes below it’s also removable . Then I made a slide out panel that has my thru axle rack for my mtb bolted to it. Now I can re position bike to make it easier to get it out and also move the panel side to side so when we camp I can still have access to the “ galley” ?. Then when the bike isn’t needed I can spin it 180 n the thru axle rack is under shelf. Toying with the idea of makin the bottom of bike panel Teflon and turning it upside downto make a table to eat on 524942524943524944524945
