Bumper builder hardware (swingout) supplier?

Hey all - been lurking for a while, not really a big forum poster, but needed some advice (also posted the question on IH8Mud, but haven't gotten any responses there yet). I've had my 2014 4Runner Trail since new, have been camping/overlanding it for years but slowly modifying as I get the chance.

I have a Coastal Offroad rear bumper on order (the full height version). Wasn't willing to wait 3-4 months for a commercially produced option and I have decent fab/welding skills so had the opportunity to save some $, too. I didn't like the look of their heim-joint swingouts and figured I should fab my own swingout using a spindle. Thing is, there are a ton of companies selling this stuff and I don't know any of them. Any recommendations on where to source components? I've stumbled across 4x4labs, comp4x4, ballistic (just plates, no spindle), TMR, and a whole bunch of others. Can't tell from the websites which ones resell the same stuff vs. which ones design/fab it in-house. Will probably build my own swingout from tube (have a cold saw, welder, etc) but not opposed to a kit if the design is worth it.

Photo is the pre-bumper state.

Thanks!

I ordered a pair of hinges/spindle from poly performance. It’s the older style but it is beefy and can handle a 40” tire. Haven’t used them yet. Was for a van build but now I’ll likely use it for my 4runner.

Ruff stuff also sells a kit to build a tire carrier

Those both look pretty solid. Thank you!

That ruff stuff kit looks pretty solid. We'll just finish installing the suspension and dually rims on the F350 before we can start working on uncle's 4Runner. He's been looking for a nice tire carrier.

I got my swingout hardware from 4x innovations. I saw them on a you tube channel, and checked their product out. I also got a diy bumper from coastal offroad, great product. I have one of their front bumpers on my 3rd gen 4runner. They make a left and right opening kit...very stout, double-shear mounting. I didn't particularly care for the heim joint of the coastal either, and decided to make my own swingout.??
