Thought I would add this here as well.
How do you like the led lights for fog lights? Was it hard to wire up? Also what does the orange cover do on the light?

I love having them as my fog lights! I originally did them like that cause my stock housing kept getting water in them. Wiring was very easy as they are wired directly into the stock fog light wiring harness and are activated the same way as stock ones, so they even come on automatically when it gets dark with the auto lights. all of the lights inside and out have also been converted to LED including my headlight bulbs. They all work great and don't blind any on coming traffic when aimed properly. the reason i have the orange covers on my outside two lights is to technically make them side markers for on road use. In NC you can only have 4 lights on at a time on the road.
My whole set up is as follows
2 rigid dually floods outside (1550 Lumens)
2 rigid dually spots inside (1550 Lumens)
2 rigid dually d2 driving middle (3000 Lumens) (next to winch)
Lifetime LED Headlight beams (3600 Lumens)

I also have an additional 2 rigid dually floods flush mounted in the rear bumper

Nice the bedrack looks good. How does it differ from your old setup?

Also I just saw the pics of the vac canister. Thanks for posting those up. I think I will try to stuff mine in there as well... gotta pull the batteries out again. For now it will sit where it is.... just sitting there.

Here are pics of the new set up. I removed the tool box and extended the track rails the full length of the bed. Then switched the orientation of my RTT to be more aerodynamic and open to the side.

Truck looks good. I think I've commented over on the F150 forum, but it's nice to see a little more detail on what you have done!

Wow I have no idea how I missed this before. Great build, I love the ambition. I have been toying with the idea of a RTT on a bedrack and seeing yours makes me want to go for it haha.

Looks like your running the front runner bed rail system right? Hoe do you like having your rtt at that height?

It's been working great for me so far I like having the RTT below the roofline but I'm actually going to lower it to almost level with the bedrails i'm looking at the possibility of being able to run a soft topper over top of the RTT.

Is that the Warn hidden winch kit? Or do you have a short drum winch and used something else to mount it? I have an 05 Lariat and want to do the same, but already have a winch. Seems you need a body lift or the Warn kit if you want to fit a winch there.

Yes it is the hidden warn kit with a 9500lb winch then I added a factor 55 pro link
The kit originally had 50 ft of steel cable, but I had southeast overland make me 60 feet of synthetic line that was a little thinner than the steel cable and lighter weight so it still fit the short drum

Weekend camping on NC coast

I'm heading down to Wilmington NC for the weekend For some Camping (weather permitting) and a college Alumni Event. Will anyone else be in the area and wants to share a spot on the beach?
