The wife and I headed down to Baja to fish, relax on the beach, snorkel, kayak and do a little exploring.
We crossed the border at the San Ysidro border in the morning and headed south to camp just south of Bahia de Los Angeles about 410 miles.
We stopped to strech near El Consuedo on the pacific side.
It was cool and over cast all the way down until about Catavina.
We got into Bay of La around 9:00 filled up the gas tanks got some tacos and headed south for a place to sleep for the night just south of town.
It was about 80 degrees and cooled off to about 75 with a nice breeze.
In the morning we headed to San Francisquito.
It was hot on this side about 95 but not bad. I was worried it would be around 105.
Made it to San Rafael and had to get out and for a bit.
Headed south and made a side trip to check out this X from google earth near the south of Bahia San Rafael.
Here is the view from the X.

We would come back in a week to go check out the beach and some hills with quite a few fossils. But it was hot and we wanted to set up camp and hit the water in San Francisquito. So we turned around and headed to camp.
After setting up camp I went to paddle out for dinner.
Weather was excellent cooled of nice in the evening with a slight breeze and the water was 74 degrees.
The next 5 days were perfect just like this.
Water was smooth.
