In no way affiliated, so if this isn't allowed, please remove, but noticed on GovPlanet that there are 8 M101 a2's and A3's up for auction on March 8th. They are located at fort Benning, so if you are close, might be a good way to pick one up cheaply.

Of course now that you've advertised it to a couple of million people anyone hoping to pick one up cheap is likely to be bidding against a lot more folks. The chance of getting one at a reasonable price just got reduced exponentially.

Touche...but there are 8. Last group I looked at were noted on forums and I paid next to nothing. Can't imagine there are millions people that surf this forum that are regionally located that all want M101's that might actually hit this one lone thread, even with a search engine.

I'll keep an eye on the auction, but I would imagine there are good deals to be had. Not like those auction sites are top secret.
