For sale is a "never used" 26" Chrome ASP baton. The baton is out of the box, but just sits in the glove compartment of my jeep, the baton has never been used to strike anything, so it is in mint condition. Great to keep in the rig, smaller than a baseball bat and just about as devastating (weighs 4lbs). Perfect for crossing borders with strict firearm laws. You can own one in any state, you just cant carry on your person In Cali, NY, and Maryland. But as for keeping it in your rig, yes legal. 
The only thing is there are some very small scratches on the very tip from closing it. (if you know how a baton works you understand what I mean.) This thing is pretty much brand new and has only ever been opened like 5-6 times. $60 Shipped *PayPal preferred* (pretty firm). It retails for $75-$85.
