I doubt that connector pin will not be a resistance bottleneck, maybe even scorching / melting surround if you're actually drawing a continuous 30+A through it.

Yeah thats why i would go anderson, how ever i doubt he will get that much draw. unless he starts adding to his setup.

Surprised you managed connecting 8Awg to a RV 7 pin connector.
Even the far beefier SAE J560 connector is 8Awg, and only on its groundpin.
