looks like either the fuel pump test plug or ground for ignition timing.

Ones fuel pump, ones for injectors, and the third may be for timing. Can't remember colors to what though. Find the fsm and that should answer it for you.

updated with more info, ok that makes sense as i figured it couldnt reach anything being that short.
just not sure now why any of the wires would be cut.

But what could the orange sensor guy be used for? it looks like a plastic o2 sensor almost.
