Another Enclosed Trailer Build,

Howdy all,
I wanted to share my build on a enclosed trailer to camper build. Also, very welcome to critique and Ideas to add to it.
The idea, like many others, is to have something that is durable, light, and versatile for long weekend or long distance trips. With cost being a huge factor I decided to build rather than buy.
Started with a 5' X 8' c&c enclosed trailer that I purchased at auction super cheap.

Flipped it up on end to make the fabrication easier, Added a set of 4in toyota lift springs and a new set of hangers with shackels.
The frame was primarily 3" X 3" 1/8 angle iron originally.
While it was up in the air I went through and added 3"X 3" square tubing and new cross braces. A Hitch assembly was added on the back.

Next added new fenders, and a set of 35" ish shoes,
In addition I added a new front hitch, jack, and a frame section. The front of the frame was streached a total of 28". Nestled on the front behind the spare tire is a deep cycle battery box and battery.

Interior Height originally was 5'8", Its going to be for sleeping in and cooking out of, Kinda a home built tear drop style. I put a bed frame/ False floor in it. Under it is the fresh air system electrical, Water tank, pump, and storage.
I put the hitch on the back so i can haul bikes, or equipment, and going to turn the ladder racks into a roof rack system. The back of the roof rack will be for storage and i Plan on mounting solar on the front.

I would be very interested in your floor plan . I have just started a spacekap build .about same size 4x8 floor and 6x8 about 30 inches up. I have been racking my brain on figuring out best floor plan. tough to have sleeping for 2 ,kitchen area and ports potty .what you got??

Added stabilizer jacks all the way around, and started on fixing the ol' cheap trailer rust issues.
Mounted 21 gal water tank, and stubbed off the water lines for a galley in rear
The rear section of the bed well be left loose until all interior work is done for easy access.

Under the front section of the bed is the power hub, and the fresh air charge system.
However I have not cut the hole for the air system, open to suggestions if someone has as opinion on a better location.

Mobydick 11,
I'll put together some art work for you on my designs, unfortunately most of it is in my head, here are some meaningless guide lines for now.

Those things aren't air tight so why the need for external air to be brought in?

They unfortunately are far from air tight, this trailer is old and was not well built from day one.
Pumping filtered air into the cabin helps keep the dust out.
I decided to go with filtered air in rather than a exhaust / vacuum. Since this camper will be low voltage only I'm hoping on those hot summer days it will help keep it cooler as well.
