This thing does look like a beauty. Not to off road worthy looking.

I like that there's a table (of sorts) inside, yet keeps the small foot print. Dislike that there's no real kitchen setup in the back, the boat on the roof, and the lack of shelving/cabinets inside.

I guess it's for some people, but I don't think I'd spend much time considering it.
