It looks like you have a miss-match taper.

The pit arm for a converted 4x4 van is replaced with one with a different tapered ID for the F350 drag link. I got mine from UJOR. did you replaced/ modified yours?

They supplied the pitman arm. Are you thinking it uses a different ball joint? Open to suggestions. I might end up pulling it all off and getting a redhead gearbox to call it all new and done. Shrugs

He has a completely different steering setup than your coil van. The drag link end is spinning in the pitman arm, needs to come apart and a C clamp to seat the end in the arm before tightening.
