Gotta Be Nuts
Hello all, anyone know of a source in the USA for the M16x1.5 wing nut air fittings? I now need to check our front to rear brake force distribution and I need a couple of these.
Long story short, we have now just had our new front brake drums turned as we had a very annoying shake while braking. This started after about 1,000 miles with the new brakes. In my troubleshooting I clamped off the front brake air hoses to make sure it was the front axle. Well, I realized our rear brakes didn't provide much braking force. We have the system that regulates the rear axle braking force dependent on axle load. My guess is we messed that setting up when we replaced the leaf springs with the parabolic springs, which removed the squat we had with the old worn out springs.
