(Forgive me. This was initially supposed to be a detailed report. But it got wordy and too many photos. I wasn’t sure anyone would want to bear through it. He’s a very, very condensed version. Let me know if you'd like me to elaborate on any part of the trip. Thanks. Enjoy!)

This is a two-part adventure in northern Arizona

-- The first is a visit to Havasu Falls, which I’ve packaged into a 4 ½ minute video.

-- The second was supposed to be a 3 consecutive day backcountry adventure. We only made it to day one of that part of the trip. My older son fell ill, so we had to improvise the last couple of days of the trip.

Here’s a short video from the edge of the Grand Canyon (Tatahatso Point)

And a very short video of one of the improvised adventures (Cinder Hills OHV area)

Great pictures so far. But, I'm of the opinion that you can't be too wordy or have too many pictures in a trip report. If you have more, post them up!

+1. I would love to read more stories and see more pictures; looks like some really good times. And I am curious about the trip to Tatahatso as well.

This is impossible... you may want to check your math, because if you do I think you'll find that there is, in fact, no limit to the number of photos you can post from a quality trip such as this!

BTW, how old are your boys? Mine are 5 & 6, and seeing this makes me want to get them out there even more!

math was never my strong point. i'll redo my calculations! i'll work on expanding the report

my boys are 9 & 12. they are the best trail buddies. I do this for them
