Does the trailer have screw jacks or a way to stabilize the trailer for the tent to be used unattached to the vehicle?
Does any of the doors on the side of the trailer house the kitchen equipment as a cooktop or make a slide out table?
Is the tent a rainproof material or a cover for it?

One screw jack on the trailer and it’s located on the tongue.
There are no slide out systems or integrated stove in the doors.
The rain cover is the black cover on the tent, I’ve camped this is pouring rain and snow with zero issues. CVT makes a quality tent and this is the stargazer summit series so there are see through plastic windows on the roof of the tent.

For the last question the rain cover is water proof which is the black cover on the tent. The tent fabric is fire retardant 340gram cotton/poly ripstop.
