If you have done some electrical work already, is it wired to the battery or are you tapping into the vehicle system? Wiring to the battery is the simplest and cleanest solution, especially if this is a modern vehicle with a CAN system.
Something like a Havis ChargeGuard installed will allow you to leave radios on and at the same time shut down the power after a user defined period of time. You won’t need to touch the factory system as the ChargeGuard is triggered by the voltage drop that occurs when you shut down the engine and the alternator stops putting out power.
