Pretty much done with rebuild. Just need to install 1 last piece of trim and do some odds and ends inside.
Was a fun an challenging project. Some things works out as planned, other didn't but I managed to make due.
Glad to have this done as snowbike season is about to start. Just got new kit last week and installed it on the bike over the weekend.

That KTM is sick. I used to run supermoto’s. Thinking about getting another one.
99% done, have a few odds and ends to do before fist trip to Wyoming at the end of the month. Lodge is reporting almost 3 ft base right now and growing.. Hope it holds.
In addition to the bunk rebuild I:
Upgraded solar controller to one that has a digital display that shows, volts, Amps, AHs.
Upgraded water pump and outdoor shower head. Mainly for better outside shower pressure and volume for rinsing kite-boarding gear. And warm showers after coastal kiting.
Pioneer DVD/Nav with smart phone connect
Replaced the generator hour meter to keep track of run time.
Replaced generator voltage regulator
Changed some of the remaining florescent lamp to 12 V T8 LEDs
Replaced freezer door hinge. No more flopping freezer door.
Replaced flimsy running boards with CARR hoop steps.
Front shocks replaced
New serpentine belt and tensioner

You are an animal! Can't believe you did that. Well done sir.
Chased the snowbike race circuit this winter and hit a number of new riding spots. It was nice being able to bring my pup with me this year instead of leaving her with friends. It was also nice to hit snoparks Friday night and snag the prime parking spot for the weekend.
Rig has over 50,000 miles on it now. I've put almost 8,0000 miles on it this season with minimal issues. I have to thank Gabriel and Pete for answering questions I had when I had to troubleshoot.
I added some snowbike decor to make it feel more like home.
And the over cab rebuild seems to be a success as I haven't found any leaks.

Furnace stopped working last week during my shake down pre snow season trip.
The furnace worked for a few days then we woke up with it blowing cold air and couldn't get it to relite. This happened last year too but when I got home to trouble shoot it it worked fine for several trips.
Fortunately the buddy heater and back up electric heater kept us warm.
Got home and it fired right up. So I put a new control board in it to see if that helps. It doesn't seem to run well in the real cold.
Put new brakes and drums on the back and flushed brake system.
New vehicle battery, and coach batteries and changed oil and filter.
I have a few more maintenance items to do before hitting the road.
With covid I am working at home and already did a few work from RV weeks. So I plan on being on the road more this year.
