I mean, I'd hate for this truck to go un-noticed. I'd have to buy it for the opening bid of $150, and I have no idea how I would get it home or where I would put it...

Anyone interested should probably do their research on these. I know this forum has seen some discussion on the maintenance costs. Also consider the posts of Joaquin Suave, who has taken on a LMTV prototype as a project, and is having considerable trouble getting it going, despite his extensive experience and ability.

1995 Stewart & Stevens Services M1078 LMTV Cargo Truck, 4X4, 2 1/2 ton capacity, with locking inter-axle differential. Powered by a Caterpillar 3116 6-cylinder diesel engine driving through an automatic transmission. Serial number AT2182BAGD. Odometer reads 5543 miles. This vehicle starts with a jump/unable to start. Removal days are Tuesday thru Friday 7-5pm with 24 hour notice.
