6.0 belt install help e350

for those that have changed the belt on a 6.0 in an e series, what is the easiest way to get the belt on?
currently the belt is still routed correctly, just need to pop it back on the alternator.
I will have a friend here to help me shortly, so i am hoping to not waste his time and get it back together quickly.

ive watched youtube videos on it and read other forum posts, but thats with all the room of the F series 6.0's. im just getting overwhelmed as this is the last main step before i can fill with oil and coolant and fire the van up after all the work ive done.

On a 7.3, I used a box end wrench on the bolt on the tensioner to unload the tensioner allowing the slack needed to slip the belt over the alternator pulley. Done the same on other serpentine setups so I imagine it'll be similar on a 6.0.
