I've googled this, but all the subjects that come up don't seem to cover my issue.
Since I've owned this truck, I have a choice of maximum AC or maximum heat. I don't have the temp control dials, I have the old skool sliders for temp, airflow, and fan speed. The fan blows at each speed setting, the re-circ/fresh works fine, but if I move the slider anywhere right of full left, I get heat. I've been just dealing with it for 4 1/2 years being happy that I at least have working ac and there were always bigger issues to address. There are times that I wish I could adjust the temps in between the two extremes.
Anyone out there solve a similar issue? Can you point me in a direction? Everything I found were complaints about dials, bad blower motors, and heat blowing no matter what.
