Charley,
Good to read you again.
The above won't help me, and probably only a Ford one ton because of fender clearancing (unless you have a mongo lift), but I have a local supplier that has some interesting and inexpensive alternatives to new big$rubber: Military surplus:

My objective was to put on some 34" (actual diameter) ex-hummer tires and wheels (7" backspacing) on my '01 Dodge, which does have disc brakes all around AND 16" wheels with 33's. I like the 16's for airing down. With a change from 3.55 to 4.10 gears, and some more fender clearancing up front the final drive gearing comes out to about the same as i have now. With a truck camper I don't want the truck any higher than it is now, so that means fender clearancing to keep the center of gravity as low as possible.

Are these any cheaper after shipping and import than what they sell for at expedition west?

I also noticed they had a 19.5 inch mud terrain looking tire.
