Hi Everyone,

This is my 2018 Patriot Camper X1 GT that I am selling for $39K. We are located in Salt Lake City Utah. This trailer has been a ton of fun and we have had lots of great memories in it is as a family. We purchased the trailer brand new in April of 2019 so even though it is a 2018 model it has only been used for just over 2 years. We did about 3 trips in 2019, 7 in 2020, and one trip in 2021. We have never done a trip longer than two nights so it is lightly used. We have three kids and we always leave the kids room attached which gives us plenty of space for my wife and I to sleep on the bed and the kids to sleep in the kids room. I am sure all of you have seen the YouTube videos but the trailer is very well built. It feels like it will last forever. There are a couple very minor known issues listed below but otherwise it has been perfect. Listed below is a summary of everything on the trailer. Please forgive the fact that my family is in just about every picture as I don't have too many pictures without them in it. I am not sure what I am going to do next but I sure will miss this trailer! Also, I will eventually sell my 4Runner shown in the pictures but would entertain offers for both if any of you are interested. Its a 2018 4runner TRD Off Road, Icon Stage 3 suspension, KO2's, iKamper with annex.

For those that are not aware, there is currently a 1 year wait if you want to buy one of these trailers new.

Trailer Info:
  • Weber BBQ
  • Two Propane Tanks (11lb)
  • Redarc Redvision: This is an excellent system that controls all the electronics of the trailer, as well as water level monitoring. You can pair your phone so you can shut off the lights when you are in bed.
  • Kids room: You can see it in the pictures but this has been a game changer for us. It allows us to sleep our entire family of five in one space.
  • 270 degree awning with included side walls
  • Air suspension that allows you to level the trailer when at camp
  • 40 Gallon water capacity
  • 60 Liter ARB fridge/freezer
  • Very comfortable mattress
  • Charge ports at several locations throughout the trailer
  • Excellent lighting in the tent and also at every storage location
  • Primus stove
  • Camplux hot water heater/shower
  • Prowatt SW 1000 inverter
  • Fusion portable Bluetooth speaker with charger attached to the trailer battery
Known issues:
  • The hot water heater has not worked the past couple of times out. I have not taken the time to troubleshoot. These units are fairly inexpensive to replace: I currently see it listed on Amazon for $159.00
  • The last time I went out the propane tanks were not working properly. I hooked my 1lb propane to both the stove and grill and they worked just fine so its just an issue with the two 11 lb tanks. I am sure a trip to the propane shop would do the trick.
  • The zipper that connects the two ends of the matress became disconnected last year. I have come up with a system that works just fine but its not perfect. Those that are interested I can give you more details on the phone if you would like.
  • I have a jerry can that I store in the front storage area right next to the BBQ. It has rubbed a little paint off the inside of the trailer (Again this is inside the "Man Cave" storage location so you cannot see it when the storage compartment is closed)
There you have it, one of you will really enjoy this trailer! I would be happy to do a facetime call with any of you that are not local where I can do a quick tour of the trailer if you would like. Shoot me a message and we can talk. Thanks!

Not familiar with Patriot, but is it possible the water heater issue is related to the propane tank issue? Possibly as simple as a valve or regulator. Should be an easy fix.
