2016 sprinter with mild build

2016 sprinter 144 passenger van with factory rear ac upgrade. I purchased this van used in Arizona and did some light converting for camper van and have been daily driving it since. Van currently has 41k on odometer. It has all the factory floor mounts for additional bench seats but I only have the one passenger bench seat. Van has been great and never had any issues. Fresh oil change and airbag recalls preformed at dealer last week.

Added since purchase

1. Larger tires 9k ago

2. Rear bed platform has a 4in thick modular mattress. Platform is mounted to van floor using existing tie down locations by custom machined solid aluminum mounts. Vertical supports are aluminum extrusions that allow for adding additional mounting solutions. This very sturdy safe bed platform is at the height of the windows and feels like your in a tree house wherever you camp. No irreversible modifications were done to install this so if the buyer removes it the van will be as it was prior.

3. Custom dual battery setup under hood utilizing blue sea smart battery isolator with dash switch. (battery's will automatically charge when van is running, then automatically disconnect when parked to ensure accessories do not drain your starting battery) additionally you can manually connect all the batteries together by pressing the dash switch if need be.

4. Custom recessed blue sea aux fuse block wired to aux battery with many open spaces for adding additional electrical accessories. a cig plug and x2 usb plugs are already wired to this as well.

5. Diesel heater plumbed to factory fuel tank under passenger seat with controller and remote. (every time you fill your fuel tank for the van you are filling your fuel for the heater as its the same tank) Controller has built in altitude adjustment and allows you to set a temp as well as control from outside the van with a remote. Heater works great and you can run it all night long with minimal fuel consumption.

Did you insulate it and if so with what? The garage can you provide the dimensions specifically the height to the bed. What maintenance has been performed? Any accidents? Thank you

Hello

I did not insulate it any further then what comes factory. With the diesel heater Installed I have not had any issues with keeping it warm inside. I can double check the bed height but I believe it’s about 25” tall. No accidents and oil and airbag recalls were all just performed at the dealer last week.

Cheers
