Hey all, putting the van up for sale. Will be going on autotrader here in a few weeks as well. Still building it and using it till it sells. So more things will be added as time goes on.
Specs
2009 Ford E350 XL
5.4 liter with 108,000 miles
At 100,000 miles I did the Ujoint conversion
6” leaf spring lift with fox 2.0 with reservoirs
Stage 2 front Dana 60 axle for RSC
Completely rebuilt with 4.88 gears and Eaton E-locker.
Dana 60 rear fully rebuilt as well with 4.88 gears and ARB air locker.
Monster transmission 4r75 4x4 transmission with built with the tow package.
Nv271 manual T case.
Arb twin compressor and 5 gallon air tank plumbed with front and rear hook ups.
Toyo RT 37 12.50r17 with discount tire warranty for full replacement
Currently has a single 3 person bench plus I have 4 sienna cloth seats. One is installed in the passenger seat 2 can be bolted in for captain seats.
U joint aluminum front bumper.... I guess it’s a one off with a 50” curved light bar.
5star tuning tuner for power and RSC
ARB awning with sports mobile rail brackets
Auxiliary 35 gallon fuel tank. Located where the spare was. Haven’t had a chance to see how far I can go yet.
In the works....
1. Dinette rear seating that has storage and turns into a bed.
2. Rear bumper and tire carrier.
3. Have all the parts minus cables for auxiliary battery setup on the passenger frame rail.
Right now the interior is kind of open to any setup for any open plan.
Minus the engine just about everything has been replaced, flushed, or inspected.
The bad.
Has the RSC lights on the dash which is common with Ujoint kits with RSC. The 5tuning runs everything great just the lights on the dash.
Barn door was replaced prior to me slightly different shade of white.
Has desert pin stripping
Great running van!! Most the miles I’ve put on it have been Offroad. Rides smooth and flexes awesome. Selling to buy a diesel for my big travel trailer.
