2008+ Ford Econoline Front End Conversion Part #'s?

I've been searching and searching, and searching online for the radiator tie bar for 2008+ Ford vans. The new tie bar that's needed to mount the new style hood latch to. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Parts list so far:

Fender R/L side.
Upper / Lower header panel
Bumper / Bumper brackets
Hood Latch / prop
Hood
Hood hinges
Grille

I can't for the life of me find a new radiator tie bar. Hell, I can't even find the term that Ford uses for it. They don't call it a tie bar.

Any help, would help. Thanks!

And do I need the newer grille brackets?

It is called an upper radiator support. It might come from Ford as part of the radiator support assembly. I haven't done this conversion, just disassembled this stuff to replace engines so I can't say what is actually need.
