Original owner from back in 2006. Just don't drive the thing any more and have too many toys. Jeep is currently in Denver, CO but I will be towing it back to Calgary, AB at the end of August.

Who tuned it/how (MegaSquirt/SCT/B&G, etc)? SCT or some type of handheld included or was PCM shipped out to be re-flashed? Is it running both closed and open loop? I feel like some folks have tuned these to run permanently in closed loop, which would pose several more questions, mainly can it jive somewhere requiring emission testing.

I had it done here in Denver. I'm not a very engine savvy guy so I'll have to ask the guys who did it. I haven't had any issues with it. Initially I had a SplitSecond system in it and that was terrible. I believe this guy re-flashed the PCM. It's been going strong for over a year now with maybe 5,000km. I just had the rear cat removed so most likely wouldn't pass emission testing. It is very fun to drive.
