Crossbars are brand new with all mounting hardware. These are the tall black powder coated with option tool mounts. Bought this for a roof top tent set up and wound up totaling the truck before i could use them.

Looks like they're gunna be too big Offroadmuch. I measured 3.875" which translates to 98.425mm
