the good:
Just hit 112k miles
I got it from the second owner(he had it since 30k)
Southern truck, zero rust
Never been off-road
Stock-except for steel rear bumper-
CDL(center-diff lock)
Engine/head gasket/trans/transfer case all strong
Working traction control(no tres amigos)
Paint looks amazing

the bad:
Headliner beginning to sag
Front brakes are showing low on pads
Rear passenger window modulator bad
Front passenger window slightly off tracks(still works)
Faded brake and CDL boots faded
Slow drip from oil filter gasket(I put a new one on so not currently dripping anymore but just disclosing everything. It’s a Rover after all)

This is the type of truck you could put 1-2k in and flip on BAT with the prices of D2s on there lately if you’re that type of guy or it’s a great base for an expedition build.

Truck is now located in Central Virginia
11k OBO
I’ll politely ask you don’t waste my time, I am motivated but be reasonable.
