New member but long time lurker! I figured some of you would be interested in this, so thought good to post my truck here:
Up for sale is my 2003 Toyota Tacoma double cab short bed. Overall in great condition for the age, I'd bet its one of the cleanest 1st gens in New England. It runs strong, everything works as it should and is cosmetically in good shape, I just drive more now and prefer the creature comforts of the 3rd gen. It is bone stock. About the truck:

Excellent Custom Aluminum Camper Shell w/ windows and screens (brand new in 2017, cost $1800)
Exterior:
Overall in great shape. Only blemishes are a dent in the rear bumper (should pop out), a few mini dimples in the hood from some hail, some pitting on the stock rims, and very little surface rust in the usual spots (corners of tailgate, one of the headlight insets). It received a new frame about 6 years ago under the recall and has a bit of surface rust on it now from the salt, but looks great overall. This truck has been babied and is washed at least every two weeks, if not more.
Interior:
Great shape as well. Non-smoker, no pets. Only issue is a small crack in the side of the center console, but no issues with it working as intended.
Mechanical:
Super sound, literally never had any issues. Its been in my family since new (dad was first owner, I am second), and not once have we had an issue. I'm sure it would run another 160k. It drives straight and smooth as butter at 75 on the freeway.
