any update to this? I was looking at my chevy project today and wondered how you were doing on this

Progress has slowed, but I have all my old coil mounts and everything cut off the frame, need to do a good cleansing in the garage and get back at it. My wife was in a bad car accident and well, life gets in the way sometimes. I am also waiting on some weld-on Ballistic joints to come in for the new links as well.

What fuel tank is that from? Does it work with the factory pump module?

87-91 K5 blazer, 31 gallon capacity and I will make an adapter ring to use the stock sending unit and pump, tank depth is the same so it should work out fine.

I was going to do the same thing with my lower arms. They will be pretty long and I figured the extra beef is worth it. Any more updates?

I just realized I have a few more updates I haven't posted yet, I did figure out where my wheelbase will end up, at least for now. I have options on the axle perches and built a lot of adjustment in to everything to fine tune it later on down the road.

I got the rest of the parts in for the full stainless exhaust, stainless hangers, o2 fittings, everything. Going to cut the flanges off the headers and weld Vbands on.

I got the frame all nice and cleaned off this weekend, ready for some new links, axle set in place about 7 inches forward of factory.

It's going to be a tight fit, that's a BIG center chunk to stuff under there and keep it low.

Well I couldn't resist, I got all my links made and tacked in, so I had to set it down and roll it out at full bump.

Ride height should be about 5 inches higher from where it sits here.
