Oh wow, that's cool. Steep price at $25k, but low miles (33k) and clean. Maybe only downside is all those compartments really cut into the inner (future) living space.

I think this chassis - based on my experience - is just as capable as an F-550/5500 setup. Mine came with a 6.5 GM, which was replaced by the (built) 12-valve Cummins.
Not an easy transplant - I'm still having issues with a few things - but it's a huge improvement. GVW on mine is 15,000, so you can carry a lot of stuff around...
