For Sale $26,000 in Boulder, Colorado USA We bought this fun little camper 2 years ago from an importer in Virginia. We camped around Colorado and as far as Mt. Baker Washington. Drives very well. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. 3 way ridge works excellent. New deep cell battery. Electrical outlets added to the inside and outside. 2 inch lift with new rear beefier rear springs. Came with an Airlift rear suspension air bag system. 2 100w solar panels.

One goes to the

house battery and one we used a battery bank (Suaoki). DC flat screen TV. New Bridgestone Blizzak tires (under 1000 miles of use). 2 inch exhaust upgrade. Awning is in good condition. Diesel engine heater ( self contained, runs off diesel and battery) This vehicle will start well below zero. Custom trailer hitch was also installed to pull a small trailer. This was custom built to attach to the steel frame. We got 20+ miles per gallon on our trips. The bathroom was never plumbed for a shower head or a toilet. It can be done very easily. It has a portable toilet at the moment. There are 2 water pumps. One from the water tank and one that runs fresh water from another portable tank. There is also a grey tank. We have not tested the heater. We used a portable Big buddy heater on out trips. The kitchen burner does work well off of the propane.

Issues:
Has a small air leak in the fuel system that we haven't located. It does not leak fuel. It has a hard start after it sits over night. However, the engine heater we installed eliminates the air and warms the engine up within 10 min. It fires up by barely touching the ignition every time. Saves the starter and the engine is warm and ready to drive. The only other issue is the dash heat. When it's really cold it will defrost the windshield but not blow very hot air into the cab. We think it's the heater core. Just never got into it.

Future Repairs:
We were told the timing belt was replaced. There is a sticker in the frame in the front of the engine about the timing belt replacement but the dates have been warn off. S we assumed it was probably done around 80,000 kilometers (recommendation). We were going to do it soon just for piece of mind. Around $250 in total parts. It's not a very hard timing belt to do.

2019 In the Mt. Baker Parking lot during a big storm. The awning room comes with the RV. We bought it for another Class C we owned. It's a 12ft. but it fits this rv with a section removed. It's a CareFree brand. It works very well to expand the living area.
