1988 3/4 Ton Suburban with 12 valve Cummins

Started this project a couple of years ago during a very busy time, and just now starting to put some real time into it.
Started with a 1988 V20 Suburban bought for $1,100 and pulled out of a field with the 350 in it.

4" exhaust, rebuilt ve pump, killer dowl pin fix, intercooler piping, rear bumper is on.

Nice job.Even a nicer vehicle.Cant get my eyes off suburbans.I will follow this build ,its very interesting.Keep up the good work and keep us updated.

I have to say that you have made a very nicely executed conversion Bob! I like the way you cut the forward crossmember for clearance and did a nice job of welding a piece on top. Everything looks very well fabricated. Welcome to the site and thanks for posting pics of your rig and build. Cheers, Chilli..:cool:

Great work. I've always wanted to do this with a Suburban, but unfortunately I sold my 12v Cummins before ever doing so, all at a really dumb low price.
