I can't reply/answer a post, so I'll try it this way
Using a 16 " wheel on the 2018 Ruby, with BIG BRAKES depends solely on the mfg and wheel wall taper--my PROCPMPS have 3/8" clearance because they have 4.5" backspace and that seems to be desired, or less--will give plenty caliper/wheel clearance, but the BALANCE WEIGHTS MUST BE RIGHT NEXT TO THE WHEEL INNER FACE,the tire will stick out further and further, so you're much safer using a 17" wheel !
