So I've had my cruiser for about 2 years now.

I wanted to find one that was well maintained and had some mods on it already to just help me out a bit. I've come from quite a list of modded cars so I know you will always end up saving this way.

Anyways
I got the truck from Texas so no rust at all even though high mileage. I purchased with 199k on the clock.
Here it is parked in front my my E39 M5

Came with
TJM Classique bumper
OME heavy 866
Warn M8000
Metaltech Sliders
BFG KO 275/75/16

Well I'll try to keep this updated with the latest adventures I get to go on in this truck. the last few photos are from last month.

Nice looking rig! I have nearly the exact base setup, but added the creature comforts for long range touring, such as Slee rear, front runner rack and Airtop RTT. I’m at 245k on the clock and still purring! A steering rack is in my future though!

Just spent 10 nights “overlanding” in it going from Boston out to Silverton, CO for 100s in the Hills. Great event!

Question: which HID kit did you go with? I looked at the linked site, but didn’t clearly see which option works on the 100.

Hey Chris

I'm jealous you made it out to HIH! I really hope to make it out there in the near future. How did the cruiser handle the long range driving and what were your mpgs?

I would love to get a slee rear bumper but I can't justify the price tag yet.

Our cruisers have a 9006 low beam and I went with the 35W kit with a 4300K bulb. They seemed to have expanded their offerings a bit now.
I got this one https://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W
they now offer an Ultra bulb which is supposed to be brighter so I may go that route if these burn out.

Thanks for the info!

While I really like the Slee, also checkout what Ben at Dissent Offroad is doing. Many who have them love them! I’m considering his front for my other stock-ish 100

Dissent's stuff is great too but I think I'd need the front also to make the rear work. They just have a different look to them
